Yes. Normal common sense precautions are observed.

Great food. Some will be served at lodging, some prepared for trips, and numerous eat and go meals during the ministry time. We only eat at safe places that we have been to before. Caution needs to be taken when drinking the water.

What will our accommodations be like?
We will stay at a bed and breakfast or hotel in Mazatlan. There may be other less than nice places we stay outside the city.

What will the weather be like there?
Hot  (85-95 degrees), sunny tropical climate

Healthcare implications?
Hepatitis A and Tetanus vaccinations required. Good medical care available if needed. Main caution is watching where and what you eat, along with drinking water.

How long is the travel?
Half day usually (Nashville to Mazatlan)

How do I raise the finances needed?
We will help you. That is part of the training.

Do special Visas need to be acquired?
No. Current passport only.

What is the age limit?
16 years old.

Are there any physical limitations for this trip?
We can fit most anyone into some activity. It can get hot and tiring doing work projects. Our time in the Indian village will be a little rugged.

I don’t speak Spanish and wonder how God will use me.
That’s part of the faith adventure when you just say yes to God.
