We strive to develop, educate, and equip leaders to build up the future church leaders of tomorrow.

Our residency program is a one-year program designed to train you for ministry leadership.

As a resident, you will:
  • Experience practical, hands-on ministry
  • Develop personally and pastorally as part of the TSC Staff team
  • Learn from incredible leaders who are passionate about embracing opportunity to share the Gospel, connecting people with Jesus, and developing leaders into devoted servants for Jesus.
Our internship is a 10-week program during the summer designed to give interns significant hands-on experience.

As an intern you will:
  • Have weekly book readings, trainings and meetings
  • Gain practical experience with supervision by a pastor with weekly meetings
  • Be a part of the planning and executing of our biggest summer events and weekly programming.

Here's why you should apply.

"With a call to full time ministry, God created an opportunity at TSC, that has impacted me more than I ever thought. I learned more under the intern and residency program than any degree could offer.”
"My residency at TSC taught me so much about doing ministry. It has been some of the most valuable and equipping time I’ve had and I wouldn’t be equipped for the position I am in today without my TSC residency."
“During my time here, I’ve grown professionally and closer to The Lord! From learning how to navigate a variety of situations in ministry, to developing a routine of spending daily time with God, this program has definitely changed me for the better!”
