We believe that Christian baptism is an act of obedience symbolizing the believer's faith in the Savior's death, burial, and resurrection. It represents the believer's death to sin, burial of his or her own life, and the resurrection to walk in the newness of life in Christ. This is done by immersing the believer in water.
