As an intern you will:

• Have weekly book readings, trainings and meetings
• Gain practical experience with supervision by a pastor with weekly meetings
• Be a part of the planning and executing of our biggest summer events and weekly programming.

You will invest in the lives of Birth-Kindergarteners and learn how to:

• Plan and program for a preschool ministry
• Develop and sharpen communication skills
• Work with parents and volunteers
• Effectively lead weekly programming, mother's day out, VBS, etc.

You will invest in the lives of 1st-5th graders and learn how to:

• Plan and program for a children’s ministry
• Develop and sharpen communication skills
• Work with parents and volunteers
• Effectively lead weekly programming, camp, VBS, etc.

You will engage in the lives of teenagers and learn how to:

• Recruit and develop volunteer leaders for middle school and high school students
• Develop and sharpen your communication skills
• Engage in significant hands-on ministry
• Disciple students from a biblical perspective
• Effectively lead weekly programming, camps, etc. 

You will creatively honor God with excellence through music, film, or production. Depending on which area you serve, you will learn how to:

• Craft stories through filmmaking
• Collaborate and create elements for all worship experiences
• Utilize design to communicate vision and brand
• Contribute to the overall visual production

You will serve, lead, learn, and create space for others to engage authentically on mission trips and learn how to:

• Support local ministries and empower mission teams to do the same
• Embrace differences to see the world through a new lens
• Learn to focus on the details so mission teams and community members can create authentic relationships and connect people with Jesus to experience His greater life.

You will engage in the lives of adults and create a space for people to connect with one another, regardless of age. Depending on which area you serve, you will learn how to:

• Recruit and develop leaders for Sunday groups or Wednesday ministry nights
• Develop and sharpen your communication skills
• Engage in significant hands-on ministry
• Connect others both online and in-person to Jesus to experience His greater life 

You will lead worship to all ages, create worship sets and learn how to:

• Work with scheduling a worship band for Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings
• Use various planning services and gain the tools necessary to schedule powerful worship sets 
• Serve on Wednesday nights for our student worship services and Sundays for our weekend services as a part of the worship team.
• Experience the importance of working with every ministry on a daily basis.

You will develop and grow skills in communication and digital/print creative content production.

• Collaborate and create elements for online and print communication
• Build skills in photography, videography, graphic design, and editing
• Work to run and grow social media pages and website
• Develop and sharpen your communication skills in-person and online
