Day 3: Trust in the lord with all your heart
Here is another verse to add to your list of “Scripture that tells me to trust in the LORD.”
Proverbs 3:5-6– "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding; in all your ways know him, and he will make your paths straight.”
God knows things. In fact He knows all the things. And because God knows the things we don’t know, we can trust Him with the things we care about most. Memorize this verse! It will help you in a pinch!
PRAY: Talk with the LORD about what’s in your heart. If you like, explain to Him what you’ve come up with for your plans. Or not! Then sit still until the Spirit of God reminds you that He’s got plans that are so beyond yours that you are going to be blown away with His wisdom and skill. Soak in that truth for a bit.
