If you have children that will be 4 by June 30, 2024 and potty trained through going into 5th grade in August 2024, don't forget to get them registered HERE.  We will also have our famous (going into) 6th grade track at night only, so be sure to register your future Middle School kid as well.

VBS 2024 Key Leader Director Check List
July 15-18, 2024
  • Confirm that your volunteers are for sure on your team by email or phone.
  • Plan your lessons/games/crafts/music etc.
  • Plan a time to communicate with your team on what they will do each day.  Feel free to do this by email or meet with them after church.
  • Remember that not everyone has done VBS before, so please give thorough details to new volunteers.
  • Coordinate with your day/night counterpart.
  • Shop/gather all materials & décor for your area.  You can schedule a time to borrow the church credit card/tax exempt, send us a shopping list or you can turn in your receipt for reimbursement. 
  • Plan a time to decorate/prepare your area with your team on Sunday, July 14th.  The church will be open from 12:30-6:00 p.m.
  • Check out TSClife.org/PSVBS-KeyLeaders to register yourself and your team as well as to view resources.
  • Register your children and make sure all of your team has registered their kids(TSClife.org/VBS).
  • Tell them where to park (in the grass lot behind C Building).
  • Tell them where to enter (north entrance doors of C Building will be unlocked).
  • Arrive in time to drop off your children and be in your assigned room ready to go, 15 minutes before you are to receive children.
  • Commit to pray for our VBS at TSC.
