Requirements/Steps for TSC Medical Team
1.Complete a background check authorization form. https://www.ministryopportunities.org/ThompsonStation
2.Complete a team application (link below).
3.As applicable/requested, present certifications of related training/education.
4.Participate in a walk/stand-along with a current Team member as they perform their duties.
5.Report to serve on scheduled days, punctually, and prepared.
6.When serving:
-wear an issued radio
-examine/inventory medical bag
-keep the medical bag in your possession
7.Arrange for your own replacement when you have to be absent and communicate with the Medical Team Leader to inform them of the changes.
8.Communicate regularly with Team Members and your Team Lead – we support and encourage one another personally and spiritually.
9.Attend worship regularly on non-serving weeks and continue to seek spiritual growth through worshiping, connecting, and serving, at TSC (Medical Team members can attend worship or life group while on duty).
10.Commit to serving for a minimum of one special event (VBS, Fall Festival, Christmas Eve service, etc.) each year.

TSC leadership/staff, Safety Team leaders, & Team trainers, reserve the right to deny or revoke Team membership for any reason, with or without cause or explanation at their discretion.]
