REGISTRATION OPEN APRIL 6!
If you have children that will be 4 by June 30, 2025 and potty trained through going into 5th grade in August 2025, don't forget to get them registered HERE.  We will also have our famous (going into) 6th grade track, so be sure to register your future Middle School kid as well.

VBS 2025 Key Leader Director Check List
July 7-10, 2025
  • Commit to pray each day for our VBS at TSC.
  • Fill out the Key Leader registration at the QR code above.
  • Recruit and confirm volunteers for your Key area. Have them fill out the registration.
  • Plan your lesson/game/craft/snack/etc.
  • Plan a time to communicate with your team on what they will do each day.
  • Remember not everyone has done VBS before, so please give thorough details to new volunteers.
  • Shop/gather all material and decor for your area.
    • If you prefer to shop yourself, please plan a time to borrow a church credit card and tax exempt forms.
    • If you prefer for us to shop, all shopping lists must be received by May 23rd. Shopping lists should include where to buy it from and the quantity. An Amazon shopping list can be forwarded to Terri at tstahly@tsclife.org.
    • Please avoid purchasing things on your own. We do not need to pay taxes on purchases for VBS.
    • Be sure to be aware of your budget.
  • Plan a time to decorate and prepare with your team on July 6th. The church will be open from 12:30-6pm. Lunch will be provided. Please let us know how many from your team will be here to eat and if childcare will be needed.
  • Make sure all your children are registered for VBS starting on April 6th.
  • Key Leader teams should park in the gravel lot to the east of the C building.
  • Arrive in time each day to drop off your children and be in assigned room ready to go, 15 minutes before you are to receive children.
